The justice system has many branches that deal with different infraction against the established law elected into legislation. One of the largest branches practiced is focused on crime and criminal activity, appropriately known as criminal law.
This type of law is centered on the breaking of the law through conduct that is considered threatening, harmful and endangering to the property, safety and even health of another person. Laws that can be broken vary from city to city and state to state, but the nature of criminal law rarely changes depending on location. If it meets the above requirements, a case can be sent to a court of criminal law in the jurisdiction where the crime was committed.
